Hello,
I have some problems related to the project "Travelling Saleman Problem using Genetic Algorithm".

Please elaborate the use of the parameter 'nearby city odds %'.
-
How can I put the name of the city on each relevant circle in the image?
-
What is the parameter taken on both the axes on image to denote the distance between the cities?
