just had a quick question...in the speaker wiring page, it says that if you wire two 4ohm. speakers together, the total impedance is 2 ohm's...but why isn't it 8 ohm's?

Two 4 ohm speakers in series is 8 ohms. In parallel it is 2 ohms.
